Beaujolais Rosé - Tendresse
This youthfully seductive wine will delight you with its freshness and pale pink robe. Rosé is made by pressing the red grapes after just one night’s maceration, the white juice takes on part of the skin’s red pigment. The way it is made makes it original. It is flavourful and makes a great match to summer dishes.

Maturing, bottling and tasting notes
Carried out at the château by me. Associated with the rose-petal rose are pleasant and delicate flavours with a really charming fruity attack. Serve Beaujolais rosé as an apéritif, with your desserts or any time you feel like it.
